I have moved several times and this was the worst company I've ever come across. They would not come to my home first to estimate what it would cost or how many trucks would be needed. No matter what information we had given, they underestimated the number of trucks needed and then put on a scene in my front yard about us "not providing better information on quantity of possessions" - when then should have come to the home before moving day to make that assessment in the first place like other moving companies do. They took all my things to Bryan instead of to Dallas (from Temple) for a weekend because they "had another engagement to keep" that day. When they did arrive in Dallas, apparently they had left the storage in Temple partially filled with my antique furniture and other things that were later discarded by the storage company simply because I never knew those things had been left behind. I caught them throwing my boxes of glassware that were clearly labeled "Glass" and "Chinaware" into the truck - those glass items had to be thrown away. I lost a total of $3500 in items they left behind and broke. They broke my washing machine, and they left behind items from the move before mine. When asked to provide insurance information, they refused. They made fun of my furniture and pawed through my personal papers in the van. I would strongly urge you NOT to call this theiving company if you want a trouble-free and painless move.
