I will never use this company let alone recommend them. The quote I received of $250.00 plus a one time charge of $30.00 (for upstairs) was approximately $75.00 more. Also, lead driver admired a table top fan (designer) and commented how much he liked it. Well, left they left (and I stupid me tipped them) I started checking my things and discovered my fan missing. Upon the third call and voice message I left on their phone they called me back to say that my fan was accidently covered up in some blankets and still on the truck. The lead driver said he would bring it back after work....He did and didn't apologize only said "I said I would bring it back and I have". My comment is why didn't they contact me right away...why wait until I called to report it missing. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Showed up 4.5 hours late, called the night before, after booking 4 wks in advance, to say they would be there 3 hours late. At 3.25 hours late, called and w out apology announced they would be another hour late. Later lied and said they called to tell us the would be later which they never did, his response, "aren't you ever late to your appointments?". Could have dealt w the initial 3 hours late, was rolling w that, but after lying and saying he called to tell us he would be later, then getting no apology, very rude and 2 of his staff complained the whole time about having to do the job.
