This home inspector was unable to determine how to work a shower diverter. He wrote his inspection report to the prospective home buyers stating that the shower diverter was broken and needed replacement. The owner (me) showed how simple this newly installed, perfectly functional diverter worked. Sad that the prospective buyers paid Todd Hustad any money to conduct this inspection. How was this person even licensed if they are unable to inspect a simple shower diverter? Amazing. I would not recommend this inspector to anyone.
