Todd was so nice, he even touched up my shingles on the roof. He even offered to repair the leak in my dishwasher, of course I said no thanks LOL. Todd and I were able to connect on a different level and we are still friends to this day. Thank you, Todd Gladem.

It was a very sticky job, but worth it. Built my floors in two muntries and mounted my Celine on the lawn. It wAS worth it and cant wait for summer jobs, happy holidays Chris

Todd was very thorough with our inspection. I stuck around and was able to get a lot of very useful knowledge from him about my specific property. My wife and I will take that knowledge and the report to be much better stewards of our new home. Thank you so much for the explanations and the in depth report. I feel it was worth my time.

Excellent thorough inspection. Detailed report with pictures. Report was done well and given to me quickly, even with some hurdles to be jumped. (Tenants who were occupying the home during inspection were less than cooperative.) Even after the report was completed Todd was willing to communicate with me regarding the inspection and a was willing to schedule a holiday weekend follow-up inspection if needed around his own personal life. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of an inspection

I had my current home inspected prior to purchasing it on July 20, 2015. Todd seemed to know what he was doing. He made it appear that he was thurough, but that is not the case. Here is a little story about how almost 3 years later using Todd’s services are still biting me in the butt. My wife and I were wanting to have the floors replaced in our kitchen from tile to a vinyl flooring and had a guy come out to give us an estimate. He noticed a slope in the floor in the kitchen, the same slope Todd noticed in his report. The gentleman doing the estimate did a little investigating as to why it was sloping. He immediately went to where the sloping was and noticed that the subfloor that whomever put down when they put the tile on wasn’t on the floor joist. It’s floating above it causing it to sag. In Todd’s report he noted the sag but didn’t say why and didn’t investigate. In Todd’s report he noted “Various modifications/supports have been made to better support the floor and structure itself. No deficiencies were noted. Most floor joists are 2X6.” He also noted nothing wrong with the sub floor. By him not doing his job and investigating the cause of the sag, something that wasn’t even hard to see, we will now have to spend thousands to fix. Something that should have been fixed prior to buying the house. Thanks for nothing.
     Todd Gladem - 1/16/2019 - I will take issue with your comment in that if the sub-floor wasn't on the joists-wouldn't you fall through the floor?? We as inspectors can comment on what we see-we can't dismantle anything. The sag in the floor has NOTHING to do with sub-flooring, it has to do with the support of the floor, which was identified. If you paid thousands for repairs you were thoroughly taken and most importantly, you lived there for three years without issue, so please don't blame me for something that wasn't visible, to me or you.

Does not guarantee his work, putting my faith in Tom was a mistake. Asked for refund and he told me according to state law I am now 4 months too late from him having any liability.
