Very impressed, responsive got our Heating system going in minutes not sure who was sent specifically but our camera shows he was there for 15 minutes and had problem resolved although we were billed for a full service call, we do understand there is travel and other things involved so we are very pleased with the service and glad to be up and running again.

To Wheelers Creative Works, Tim Wheeler, as the public should know how you scammed us out of money for such shoddy work you did in our home. You should be ashamed of yourself and I don't know how you sleep at night if you're doing this to others. I'm sorry I had to even give you one star because you don't deserve that! To anybody who deals with this individual, get an estimate before any work to be started. Make sure you have a written contract with all receipts when the job is completed.. And make sure EVERYTHING works before payment or else you'll be sorry. He says he does receipts through your email ect.. Don't buy it!! If anyone wants to know what he did that was screwed up, let me know and I'll explain what was done. We tried calling to make better with Tim telling him we wanted receipts along with a partial refund.. Unfortunately he wouldn't answer our calls. A lesson learned, hire a legitimate company!!!!
     Anonymous user - 1/13/2018 - Wow that's not the same person that sounds like just came to our house not only got our heating system going But excepted a partial payment Down and trusted us for the remaining amount so we could have heat for our family during the holiday. Out of five contractors called he was the only one that called and responded Christmas Eve thank you and God bless you!
