Steven Greenwald inspected a house we were purchasing recently. He used a drone to examine the roof rather than going on the roof and inspecting it himself. As a result, he missed the following things needing repair, costing us $6,500: > Major leak due to improperly installed gutter > Damage to the chimney > Presence of multiple satellite dishes with insecure bolts > Necessary repairs to two skylights We interviewed 5 roofers and all of the, except for one, came back with the same list of repairs. If Mr. Greenwald had made the proper effort, I suspect he would have found them, too. Unfortunately for us, he took the lazy way out.
