commentI've been working with Sean for over 6 months now and I've done many home inspections with him. I'm a top Agent in the Williamson/Maury County area and I specialize in Residential Real Estate. I can offer Renovation Loans thanks to the help of Sean Hegarty and Craig Morren with LoanDepot. These two guys are my GO TO experts in the business. Sean has driven literally all over middle Tennessee for my clients and I. He's been in the business for over thirty years, is a HUD Consultant, and his reports are extremely professional and thorough. I also am not sure about this other poor review. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Sean. As long as he and Pro-Spect Home Inspections are in middle Tennessee, I WILL NOT work with anyone else. Whether it be for Renovation Loans, Normal Financing, or with Cash clients. Sean has a loyal customer here!

commentNot sure who the other commenter is talking about but Mr. Hegarty gave a heads up call 1 hour before arriving and was extremely friendly and courteous. Mr. Hegarty left us with a good feeling that he had everything under control.
