Roddy Renn was my home inspector and he most likely saved me thousands of dollars by giving me advice on how to make repairs to my home. I walked with Roddy the whole time during the inspection to learn as much as possible from him. He was polite, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Following the inspection he reviewed the overall inspection (with a full report and pictures) with me addressing every issue with the house that needed to be fixed. He explained to me what was high priority and what was lower priority like cosmetic issues. He gave me tips on how to maintain or fix certain things wrong with the house. He even came by the next day on his free time to check in on me to see how I was doing with the repairs. Since the inspection I have spoken to Roddy twice on separate issues I had with my home and he continued to help me out of the goodness of his heart. I thank God for Roddy and people like him who are willing to help out their fellow man and are not just looking to make money or their self interest.
