Randy West was recommended to me by my realtor on August 13, 2016. I was naive and trusting. I am now working with a forensic contractor after the house has flooded twice and the HVAC does not work in all parts of the house. When my new contractor points out how serious problems were band aided cosmetically, the problems are so evident, I feel like a complete fool. We are still in the process of investigation for damage. The inspector for Rocklin states the house is not up to code and it will cost me at least $20,000.00, if I can find tradesman to work at handyman rates. But money will not help me reclaim my health. Due to all the moisture in the attic and cracked foundation, the house has a dangerously high black mold count. I have severe heaches, fatigue M and have developed a need to use an inhaler regularly to control my asthma. When workers come to do repairs, they also experience the same symptoms. It is too late for me. My hope is that another potential home buyer will read this and be spared my grief.
