We (the realtor and i) suspect that this inspector extrapolated minor deficiencies to appear as major catastrophes intentionally sabotaging the sale of our home. According to the buyer abd agent he told her 180 degree opposite of what he told us after the report came. He seems dishonest, impersonal, and he exaggerates, adding subjective opinion about items in a negative manor repeatedly. He is not objective in his reports and he would not be welcome if he came to do an inspection for a different buyer. We are Sadly and sorely disappointed that he is so unethical. His assessments are couched in his alleged desire to be completely thorough and protect his clients, however he is hiding behind thus excuse. It is apparent that he has little practical construction experience, thus limiting his knowledge on the whole.
