This inspector inspected my house and tore fiberglass insulation in 10 places and pulled it out from the ceiling in a basement room. he ruined the insulation .. he also walked on my flat roof .. an extension and probably caused cracks .. he was invasive and rude.. and felt he had a right to do anything because he was inspecting property..he doesn't have a right to destroy my property...i would not recommend this company..

We had Paul inspect a house that we planned to renovate. We knew their were issues with the house and were fine with the ones that we could see. The sill on the house was completely rotted out and missing in certain spots. We feel that had Paul been more thorough, he would have found this. He also listed on his report that the 2nd floor was 2x10s, it was actually 2x6s that were 20 on center. The serious issues with the house made it more financially feasible to tear the house down and rebuild it. We are now paying for a new house and incurring rental costs. When we asked for a refund of the $900 he charged for the inspection he refused.
