Being new to the area we didn't know of any local home inspectors so we asked our realtor to book one, what a mistake that was! 1st off from the very second he was booked he started asking for money( 1st red flag) He had an appointment for 1pm at 1:12 he sent an email with the inspection report ( 2nd red flag) upon reading the report we called to ask him about it Ready for this... (3rd red flag) He said it should all be fine because seller's were really never home. This company absolutely does not have the best intrest in evaluating and inspecting a home, in a hurry for your money and that's about it. I wish I would've googled his name and read reviews before we spent 495 dollars.
