Its been two years since Mark inspected our prospective home. I've bought and sold several homes and am also a DIY'er, so I too know what I'm looking at! I followed Mark on his complete inspection and he and I talked throughout the entire inspection. As he ran across problems, he pointed them out to me. He also went into my crawl space and told me the problems he found under there. His inspection lasted several hours. On completion of his inspection, he went over, with me, every problem he had noted and told me they would be on the report. A few days later, the report was emailed to me in report form, again, detailing all the problems he noted. The house I sold, also had an inspector for the buyers. THAT inspector was very incompetent! I'm not saying there were problems with my house, as i repaired may things, but he didn't even go into the crawl space or attic! In my opinion, Mr. Beers is an excellent and very professional Inspector! Would I hire him again? ABSOLUTELY!

This man inspected my home before I purchased and noted minor things that needed to be repaired. There was nothing on his report that would deter us from going ahead with the purchase. One year later, we notice a crack over a door that has appeared overnight. I had a contractor come in and look to see what had caused the crack to form and what he found was heart breaking. Our home is not even sitting on supports in one area, thus causing the floor joist to bow. Putting stress on the floors and walls in two rooms. I called Mr. Beers to come out and take a look at the issue. He refused to even go under the house into the crawl space. I gave him every opportunity to stand behind his work. He REFUSED. Had Mr. Beers done a proper inspection, he would have see this and reported to us before the home was purchased. Now the repair will cost us at least &15,000.00 BEWARE OF MARK BEERS!!!!

this man gave the home we purchased a stellor inspection. my contractor 2 weeks later found many unsafe electical wiring, unsecured stair railing in the front portch what my movers fell when using the stairs. the washer machine actually emptyed into the drive way! and is not connected to the sewer system suds were running down the drive. When contacted mr. BEERS stated he inspected the home after alabama had a rare snow and he was unable to see the things mentioned and he is NOT responsable for any of the errors. the realtor gave him a a quality inspector. he should never be trusted. it is sad that he actually has this business.
     Beers Home Inspection LLC - 8/5/2014 - The customer did not attend the inspection and never contacted me to go over the results. They obviously did not read the inspection report. The report was never referred to as 'stellar' as they claimed. It is obvious by the broken English and misspelling that they would not have understood the report if they had read it. All of the items they claim to be wrong were clearly detailed within the report.
