Kris Morrell ripped our home to shreds after rescheduling his inspection for a later time. The rescheduling of time alone was very unprofessional, let alone being so negatively opinionated about a house built in 1925, which will obviously not be perfect, but guaranteed better than any new construction these days. He demeaned our home so severely that it caused our buyer to back out of our contract. Kris Morrell is messing with people's livelihoods and should be held responsible in some way for his poor opinions and lack of professionalism. The home was inspected last June and received not one negative remark about it. That's remarkable to me how Kris Morrell found so many flaws with his inspection. Something doesn't seem right. Sounds like Kris Morrell is not only unethical, but maybe not a reliable source when getting a home inspection. I am warning you now to not use him. He will cost you in more than one way. As for me, his business will no longer be used when it comes to the next home inspection we receive in the future.
     Barbara Wilson - 10/27/2015 - I appreciate the great job Chris did. We knew this house had some issues and they were on the list also with the other items that needed to be fixed. I would recommend Chris if you want a true picture of what a house looks like inside and out. A+++
