Joe is the most arrogant guy I've ever dealt with involving real estate. Call someone else unless you want a history lesson on how great he is and his credentials. Meanwhile you will be left 500 shy for 10 minutes.

He is arrogant! Came for an inspection of the building structure. He looked at the crack in our building, it took all of about 20-30 minutes. One month later the windows in the building where warping when asked to come out and re- look at the structure again because he obviously missed something and he wanted to charge me a second time. Certainly isn't a man I would want to ever do business with or would ever recommend.
