We have now owned our home for one year. James did a horrible job with our inspection. He was lazy and inadequate. We have since had several issues with our home. Things that he would have been easily able to tell us if he had done a proper inspection. Example; as listed in our report... "attic insulation was adequate and sufficient" when in fact it is 13 inches less than Willingboro code. He was lazy and did not make any effort to go into the attic any farther than poking his head in it and then just saying it was enough so he could get back down. He cut corners at every opportunity. As well in not even knowing the proper sizing for HVAC systems as ours now needs replaced because it is undersized. If you want a lazy home inspector that lacks in actual knowledge of code, then this is the company for you. But if you don't want to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on things your home inspector should have told you about, please good lord find someone else.
