My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the inspection Mr Jeffers did for us . He has many years of experience which was apparent in our VERY thorough report. In negotiating with the sellers we were able to save a lot of money. We will use him when we upgrade in a few years.

Beware, this home inspector misses critical issues that are likely to cost you thousands of dollars after the sale. In our home he failed to note that the electrical box located on the screened porch was not to code as it was enclosed and WE had to pay to have it relocated. Now upon selling our house, we have learned that there is a buried oil tank filled with sand in the addition of the home. This again was something Mr. Jeffers missed. Again, we are likely to have to spend thousands of dollars. I highly recommend you DO NOT HIRE this inspector.
