He is such a careless inspector, rushed through the whole visit. Continued to say there was nothing wrong with certain flaws when there were plenty of issues he didn't adress. He never inspected the roof, sewer line, windowsills, nor chimney. I feel like I wasted $450 dollars on a useless inspection. Definitely do not recommend.

Mr. Vander Weert failed to give me RANDON test despite numerous calls & text, I was told that NJ Dept. of Environmental protection is wrong for telling me that any house needs RADON test, he even assured me many times that the property does not have RADON & when I insist I needed it, was told he will get it tested once I get the house key. What a mess up person he is and several test was made with HIGH RADON result which he did not bother to call nor let me know. In addition, my Air conditioner needs to be replaced; the water pipes were failing-had to replace them; Our Water Heater were not heating; and so on... This is so sad that I thought being that he is licensed, I can trust him. I can't believe there are people like him in the business taking peoples money for granted.
