After hiring Dan Warren of Pillar to Post, Fort Myers, for over $1,000, Dan failed to find several problems with my house, the biggest of which was the swimming pool. Previous owners had fixed a drain leak by shoving mortar mix down the drain, rendering pool useless. Had he simply turned the (only) 2 valves (skim and main drain), he would see no pressure build. A 101 test for operable pools. The fix estimate is over $10,000 and he has refused to accept any responsibility. He offered a refund of the <> $1,000 PROVIDED I did not post any bad reviews. He also claimed it was only a visual inspection. Yet he turned on and off all other valves in the house (sink faucets). I had no choice but to refer his problem to a lawyer to get anywhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
