Bobbie completed a home inspection of a house we were purchasing and during the inspection, some items were mentioned of concern that were going to be on the report. After receiving the report, my husband and I were surprised at 30 pages of information, including multiple red items that were not mentioned during the inspection. Including moss on the roof, outdated hot water heater, etc. When expressing to Bobbie how upset we were with her findings on the report versus interactions, she rudely wrote a letter of "undeserved refund" and didn't own to her poor communication with the findings of our home. I would never recommend her service, because of how misleading she was in person.
