Bob inspected a home for us this month. I was very disappointed in the inspection. His inspection report contradicted what he told us verbally during the inspection. He could not find the CO detectors even though they were built in with the smoke detectors. He did not know if the electrical was 100 amp or 200 amp. When I asked him to resolve our dissatisfaction he wrote a long email that made fun of me and ended with: "I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the job that I did but I look at it like this. I get one complaint out of 7000 like this one, I don't think I am the one with the problem." and also with "I would have gladly walked away after reading this BS."
