I found that Mr. Trout is very knowledgeable and courteous about his work. He was very conscientious and made sure to complete the inspection and report accurately and in a timely manner. He has many years experience, and most importantly,he was fair and thorough in his assessments. I recommend his services highly.

i don't know even where to begin. This is one of those unemployed that went and took a 3 day class and now know all. He had no idea of what he was looking for or problems. Just showed up and that is all.

Alan Trout spent a total of about 1.5 hours to do a complete inspection. less than 6 months later we found that he had missed many major flaws in construction and code.
