He is unprofessional when it comes to putting your job as a priority. He promised to come out then he kept saying to text to give him a reminder. He needed to constantly be reminded by a text. He eventually shows up 3 hours later. He said he was going to fix my job when he arrived. When he came he didn’t even bring his ladder what a waste of time. Then he said he could come and fix it this day.. all day long I did not receive a message or text from him stating he was going to come. He finally says at the last minute do you need me to fix your metal? I said yes if you can’t I’ll call someone else. He said call someone else. Very rude and unprofessional!

David is a nice enough guy, but he provided a quote 10 months ago and today called to say he wasn't going to be able to do the job. To be fair, David has said he did many jobs through Lowes Hardware and would do our job, but it may be around Thanksgiving 2013 before he arrived... we agreed and waited, only to find out today March 11 2014 that he was not going to perform the work.. .he offered to have someone else come and do the job, but without seeing that person's work we chose not to proceed. Please note this if you choose to have work completed by this person.
