This old man is a liar and a cheat! Don't trust him or waste your time with his dilapidated houses.

Called Mr. Houston on 2/4/16, we met at 5040 Hwy 80 at one of his properties. House was fine, man seemed descent...thing is I, having recently relocated to the area was looking at multiple locations. I liked the house; but I am single and it having 4 BR's and being very spacious decided it would be better suited for a family. Also, it was unfurnished, no electric, water, cable etc...long story short after sleeping on it I decided against it. Bobby Houston SR and I exchange $200 cash. This was a deposit on the $1800 (depo/1mo rent) that he was to collect on the following Monday if we consummated the deal. Bobby gave me a receipt, no lease agreement was signed because he stated he would need the full amount prior to this being done. Less than 24 hours passed, I contacted Mr. Houston the following morning stating I would be unable to proceed. This gentlemen not only cussed me out but told me "I would not be getting my $200 back. So, naturally I will be filing a bill of particulars and going to small claims court. Basically, Bobby Houston stole my money with the promise he will not return it. Among his many threats, as he phoned me back to do just this, were some interesting epithets. For a man who stated he owned many properties having done business for years I find his behavior interesting to say the least. For petty cash, you are willing to compromise your name, the credibility of your business, and waste countless hours in court. No Problem Mr. Bobby Houston SR., I will not be letting you take advantage of anyone else if I have a say in the matter. Don't be fooled by this masquerading grand pa, he is as dishonest as he is deceiving. OBTW...ya don't have a leg to stand on.
