Awful contractor. He lied to us about being licensed, and has no qualms with committing fraud. Lied to us about pulling permits for electrical and plumbing work. Installed subfloor for tile in our master bathroom incorrectly, which means we now need to tear out and replace 400 square feet of hardieback and particle board at our own expense. Cut a hole in our garage ceiling that he left unpatched. Left all construction debris in our garage, did not call or provide a dumpster as initially promised. Used expired concrete for our shower bed. Charged us for materials we bought out of pocket for several thousand dollars, from vanities, floor tile, shower tile, bathtub, shower head and faucets. HE WALKED OFF THE JOB AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY. ONLY PERFORMED 2 WEEKS OF LABOR OUT OF A 6 WEEK PROJECT. CLAIMED TO HAVE MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND STOPPED COMING TO JOB SITE, REFUSED ALL CALLS. 3 WEEKS LATER HE DEMANDED ANOTHER 20K ON TOP OF THE 30K WE PAID HIM FOR THE INCOMPLETE WORK TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
