I took in 2 carpet pieces to be bound 5-6 months ago, I keep calling the store, when the lady does answer, she always says she will look for them and call me back, she has never called back. This morning I called, the lady said she would call me back and I told her she never calls back, so she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. 30 minutes later, I hang up and called back and she doesn't answer. I have gone into the store and she says she will look for them and will call but never calls. I don't recommend this business.
