I've worked with Steve and his staff at "O" Street Carpet on numerous projects over the years. A couple of years ago he helped me with a basement project when I had an unusual idea of how to solve a VERY difficult situation. He came on site personally and helped implement my solution at a reasonable cost. He was on site to be sure the install was handled correctly and stopped by to see the completed job. The results were amazing. I felt like all the staff was working with me and aware of and interested in my project. Where does one find that attitude today? I'm currently working on another project with Steve and staff and am already enjoying the same sharing of purpose. This is the flooring/rug center for me!
