My partner and I went to the Bradenton location today. We entered the store carrying a sample tile as we need to match to existing tile in the home. There were 3 employee's in the store, they saw us enter. One of the said "I'll take this one you got the last", there were no other customers in the store. We were totally ignored. After 15 minutes of searching ourselves we found the matching tile ourselves on display and were able to get the info needed to place an order at one of their competitors stores. We left the store, the gentleman sitting at the desk less than 10 feet from the doors did not even look up. We went to a competitors location and we placed a $10K order with the very helpful, friendly staff. Manasota Flooring Bradenton is not interested in helping customers, don't waste your time with them.
