There is so much to say. First do not use this Company. I believe you will be very sorry. My situation is on going. Rich Best, owner of Color Tile Medford, is in my opinion a very bad business person. I contracted with Color Tile to buy material and use their recommended installer Jerry Copeland. I have been played by both Jacob, color tile manager, and Jerry Copeland we are four weeks in to my job and I am living out of boxes my possessions are sitting on my front and back porch it is hell. Jacob pulled Copeland off my job for a job in Ashland, but it is really far more complex. You do not know me but please this is one messed up business that will treat you very badly, in my opinion.
