Today I experienced the worst customer service at Abbey Carpets in Hagerstown, MD! I entered the store to pick up a carpet reminant. I met Jeff at the loading dock and he never communicated or helped. He stood on the loading dock and watched as I struggled to put the carpet in my car. It was snowing very hard and when I asked for some help he simply stood at the dock and said, "you expect me to come out into that weather"!!! I then finished struggling myself! I went back into the store to speak to him about customer service and kindess and he blew up and said, "I can be nice and I can be a Prick"!! I was calm and cool and affended! He then yelled" get out of my store and called to have me excorted out! Their business card reads "Quality, Service, Value! The carpet was great but really (jeff needs to be fired"!!
