They installed wood floors for us and we've had nothing but issues. I hired certified inspector from IWFA as did Cathleen Alqatrani the owner. Floors not only were installed incorrectly but so badly it was to the point of gross negligence. Her inspector saw it and my report shows it. She refuses top refund even $1 and I have to have entire floor redone

Completely rude on the telephone to call for an appointment. Cathleen started telling me what days she couldn't do it first. Who does that? Complete idiot. I ended up making an appointment anyway to measure and it was set for 10. She came to my home on appointment day, 15 min. early and called and left a voicemail that she was here, then called again at 9:50 and I happen to answer, she said, I left you a voicemail, did you get it? I'm outside your home and theres a note on the door saying don't knock, so what do you want me to do? (I have a baby so I keep a note there) I told her I would be there by 10:00. My husband was home at the time and said she drove off at 9:55. She didn't even wait to meet me for our appointment time. What an idiot!! I called her and texted her and she never answered her phone. Talk about leaving money on the table. I will tell everyone not to use this company!! I wish there was someone else to call and complain about her but unfortunately it seems, this is the only contact. Leah
