- Can't Trust This Man to get the Job Done - - - 8/22/2020 - comment
After promising to do a $30k+ job, Mr. Miranda took an elderly couple's down payment, then two weeks later, after doing very little work on the job, went back to the elderly couple (82 and 88 y/o) and demanded more money. After the second payment, the couple had given Mr. Miranda nearly half of the money for this job. At this point he had completed about 5% of the work. He then went back to the couple and three weeks later told them because of cost overruns he'd need another $16k to do the work he had not completed, and in some cases had not even started, under the first contract. He is not to be trusted. Go to another company to get your work done or you too might pay the price of negligence, inefficiency and deception. Mr. Miranda is a pro at deception.
