We had our entire house remodeled and we used Guy Blain and Wholesale Flooring Resource. They were very good with customer service and that's why we chose to use them. They tiled our entire home including backslashes, bathrooms, fireplace hearths, etc. Within a short period of time, the grout and caulk started separating from the tile. This isn't a big problem in the kitchen or laundry room, but has caused all sorts of problems in our showers. EVERY SINGLE SHOWER HAS WATER IN THE WALLS. I have tried contacting them to figure out how to fix the problem. I hoped they would take responsibility and at least tell us what we need to do to fix the problem, but they wont. I was instructed to call someone else (i guess the guy they subcontracted for the job...I'm not sure) . I am frustrated that I have to do this. That is why I hired them in the first place. We haven't used our showers in 3 weeks and we still have water leaking through the wall and draining. I can't believe how much water has gotten in the walls. I paid nearly $20k for this and it looks like I will have to either redo everything or at least hire someone to come fix their mistake. Again, I loved Wholesale Flooring at first, but see that their salesmanship is better than the product. Please contact me if you have any questions.
