I've had them install carpet about 12 times. About 1-1/2 years ago, they sent an installer who didn't stretch the carpet properly and there is a big hump that runs the whole length of the carpet. They claim they are not responsible because they arranged for me to pay the installer myself. They offered to send someone else to re-stretch it, but I would have to pay for it and move all the furniture myself. They also tried to blame it on excessive humidity. The old carpet was there for 28 years and never lumped up. When installed correctly, no one's carpet looks like that.
