Brad Truax did an absolute horrible job installing vinyl flooring in my mom's house. The guy does a horrible job and he is liar. After she paid him in full, he told her that he would honor a warranty for the job. After a few weeks the vinyl starting producing 1-2 inches bubbles all over the surface. Not just in small amounts, but all over the entire surface. My mom called him several times. He kept telling her that he would fix it when he got a chance. He never came back and was very rude to her on the phone. This guy is a real jerk and he does horrible work. I can't believe this coward has the indecency to treat a poor elderly woman this way. If I were you I would not do business with this guy.
