Horrible service and low quality of work. Our house was vacant when we contracted Al Justice to refinish our wood floors. We drove in from out of town after we were told the job was finished; we were so excited to see what the floors looked like. There was dirt/debris/hair imbedded in the glaze, missing patches in high visible areas, as well as an uneven finish throughout all three rooms. It looked like they didn't sand nor clean the floor before throwing down the glaze in globs. We reviewed the security video tapes and saw it had only taken them 1.5 hours to do the job--a third of the time for other vendors. This was a rush job, pure and simple. If they had only come back later that day, they would have seen how bad of a job it really was... but they were in and out. After contacting him several times, we couldn't get the contractor to come look at it, nor even apologize for the crappy work.
