I unfortunately met this man through a well known appraiser, and while he has the credentials to do appraisals, I found him highly dishonest in our dealings. I was both lied to and deceived by this individual, who is quite good at making his clients feel like friends, while stealing their money. To further the misery, i had hired him and paid him as a consultant to advise me on other merchants. He both ran off potential presentations from other dealers, and inserted very special deals he was able to get on consignment - what deals, as they were priced at multiples of their value.
