I hired Rich to replace all but 3 windows in my home and put gutter guards on my home. I also hired him to recover the 3 windows he was not replacing. He came and replaced the windows and told me he needed to be paid the rest of the money before doing the gutter guards and recovering the other 3 windows so that he could buy materials. He said once the gutter guards were in, he would return to my home and install them and cover the other windows. I stupidly paid him...This was 2 years ago and despite numerous phone calls and text messages, he has still not come to do the work and continues to dodge my phone calls. I also have 2 basement windows that are leaking which he promised a week after installation he would come back and fix and obviously has not fixed. He can not be trusted.
