Tom Abayov of Metro Builders and Remodeling oversaw construction of my Pool House / Office on Sunset Blvd a few years ago. a few months ago the shower was finally used in this guest house for the first time. The wood flooring began to warp and rot within a few days. Both the Shower and Flooring had been installed incorrectly. I reached out to Tom who told me it was past warranty and I would have to pay him $1,500 to fix his mistakes!!! My main house has bathrooms that are 20 yrs old and never leaked - this one he recently installed leaks the first time it is used and I have to pay him to fix his sloppy work? Avoid this builder!!
