Village Building built a home on the the lot next to the empty lot I own. He placed a mound of soil from the excavating the basement on my property without asking permission. I didn't mind until I found waste concrete and other construction debris on my lot. Rather than haul the dirt and debris away he buried the debris with the mound of soil that was on my lot and must expect me to pay to have it removed when I start building. I met Bob Wagner, the realtor listing the house, and asked how I could contact Tom Bogdan the owner of Village Building LTD. He gave me Tom's "personal" cell phone number. I've left a few messages asking for a return call. Now when I call a message states the mailbox is full. He should do what's right and clean up my lot without me having to write this. What
