Attorney General should investigate these clowns. Research this outfit before you deal with them could be the worst company in a Massachusetts How many people did you screw over Paul? How many deposits did you steal? Why did you have MA seal your HIC records?

We purchased a modular home from this group after all kinds of research on the product which we found to be a great product in our research; went to Sandcastle which was local in Marshfield, MA and have had nothing but problems with multiple systems in the home. The flooring continues to buckle, the doors leak when it rains, the siding literally was blowing off the house. The sub contractors they hired (according to those same subs) put in the cheapest bids and that is what Sandcastle hired. They did very poor work and use the least expensive products for this job. This is by far the worst company you could EVER deal with for your home as getting them to respond to phone calls and emails are either either fruitless or took forever to be answered after repeated calls. We are now in the process of replacing our heating system that was "sold" to us by Sandcastle's "expert plumber", who has since gone out of business. We could complain to Sandcastle but with winter upon us their response time would have us frozen before anything was done, hence another expensive replacement after not even three yes that is right (3) years. This project was a complete hassle and all their promises of a wonderful, quality product were totally lies for we have had to call in our own electrician to fix what their inexperience electrician left us with, the plumbing was incomplete and sub quality which we have also had to replace ourselves or contract our own plumber to have things done correctly. If you value your money and believe those who sell products such as this should be responsible and honest, then by all means, run from this company as quickly as you can. Hire a trusted, responsible, and honest builder who will stand by their product and workmanship.
     Roger Atwells - 10/1/2013 - This company is a Scam lots of Horror stories out there all the positive reviews are written by the company Do not give these guys a deposit the feasibility study can be done by calling town hall and a second grader can draw a better building plan with a box of crayons Snake oil like salesman tactics Beware!!!!! Run !!!!!! Do your research!!!!! Builder of the year is BS they won that award in 1985 as a separate entity
