Mr. Weynand does not follow through on promises he makes to homeowners/client. He left multiple items not complete at University Place Townhomes in Georgetown Tx. The HOA/homeowners have had to assume financial responsibility for these. He has been summoned to court 3 times regarding debris and storage container left on vacant lot on the property. He is in violation of city codes and fails to comply. He does not return messages and will not communicate with the HOA Board or homeowners. Quality of workmanship is poor. Guessing he uses class C subs. I would strongly urge you not to undertake a project with this man. Don't be fooled by his somewhat charming personality. Buyer beware.
