I have contracted with this builder numerous times during the course of the last decade to lead a number of projects including a master bedroom addition, renovation of newly purchased home, and remodeling of existing room. The expenditures totaled well into the millions of dollars. I was generally satisfied with the work product and feel this firm can deliver a competent end product/service. However, during the latter course of the business relationship, it was discovered that the principal of the firm was engaged in highly unprofessional conduct to the point that I could not in good conscience recommend this builder to any friend or associate.
