Brad is known for suing renters every year or so to to stay afloat. He finds reasons to harass owners and renters until they break their lease then he sues them. He has a terrible addiction to several narcotics and has track marks. He preys on women and hires escorts regularly. Avoid him. He will tell you he is a mason and shriner but this is a cover for his evil deeds
     Ryan Wardlaw - 7/20/2015 - I am Brad Wardlaw's son and everything you have said is absolutely false. You clearly never knew my father personally because if you did you would know that none of this is true. The only time we have had to get involved with any of the renters is when they don't pay us. My father gave every person so many chances, he believed in everyone until they gave him a reason not to. He did not have a terrible addiction to several narcotics, he was a great man not one that you are trying to depict as an evil man. My father definitely never preyed on women and never hired escorts. He definitely was a Shriner and a Mason, I know this because I have his Shriner's cap, his Shriner's ring, his cards and certificates to prove as well. I keep my fathers things with me at all times to remind me of what a great and amazing man.
