This my review of Mr. Clarence Wadkins as an architect. I met Mr. Wadkins through a contractor, I sent him a good faith deposit of $3000, expecting a signed contract and plans. Two days later he asked for more money. Three days later I thought better of working with Mr. Wadkins and I asked for my deposit to be returned. I offered to pay him a fee for the visit he had made to my house. This was in November 2015. Since then I have received no further communications from Mr. Wadkins. I have no refund, I have no plans. I attempted to contact him via two letters, both have been returned as undeliverable. He took my money, provided no service, and has not had the professional courtesy or decency to respond. The contractor, Isaac Brown, is aware of this situation as he has called to discuss the situation with me several times. He claims he has no association with Mr. Wadkins, despite the fact that he brought him to my house in first place. I hope no other woman in this new city will be taken advantage of as I have been by these "professionals".
