Rick has poor time management skills, budgeting skills & his employees worry if there pay check will bounce like all of mine did back when i was his SR CAD employee
     Rick - 3/13/2017 - This was a horrible experience for everyone. Work was not getting produced, regardless of time frames, therefor timelines got extended virus's, side work and various other things plagued the server to the point in 2005 the hard drive actually got deleted. The person that wrote this was causing undue rest for the other employees, I had no idea he was making it difficult on everyone else around him, to the point where they started quitting, which only made the situation worse. I am glad I was able to get everyone paid and shut the business down in 2005. I learned a very valuable lesson about employees and being the owner of a small business. Thank you Rick
