We engaged KJ Smith when our decorator brought them in for a half-bath renovation at our Greensboro Country Club home. Although their plumber lost our brass faucet parts KJ Smith replaced them at their expense. Their job looked really good. I then engaged them to replace some cedar siding at that same home. The job looked really good when they finished and we were very happy until the first rain when water ran into our study through the ceiling. There was obviously a flashing issue that needed to be corrected. The rain continues to come into our study and has permanently ruined our white wool carpet, the ceiling, and a wooden light fixture. Stuart Smith has refused to come out to repair the flashing problem and will not answer my phone calls. I have engaged another contractor to come and repair the shoddy workmanship that KJ Smith performed. I would never use KJ Smith again and could not recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality job.
