The architect his company, despite actual construction notice on public record went ahead altered renovated property that was in Litigation queens supreme 24387-2006,along with notice lis pendens on property two now one by me as well. He toyched property that was unlawfully sold, property belong to heirs but that was also being argured . Beware he also filled applications dob not mirroring certain info which calls into question his ethics as architect.
