this place is horrid !!!!!!! if you are a nice family and looking for a place that your kids can grow up in KEEP LOOKING DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. KNOW WHY? BECAUSE IM ONE OF THEM AND HAVE FOUND ALL THEIR FLAWS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, AND TAKE IT TO MANAGEMENT YOU GET EVICTED FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT DO. THEY DO NOT REPLACE ANYTHING OR REFURBISH THESE APARTMENTS CORRECTLY. BLACK MOLD IN ALMOST EVERY UNIT. DRUGS RUN THIS PLACE. SO PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE TO RENT. THIS PLACE WILL TAKE EVERY CENT YOU HAVE AND THEN SOME. THE OWNER YUAN ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. THE MANAGER KAREN DOES NOT DO HER JOB, SHE JUST MAKES SURE HER OWN ASS IS COVERED. DO NOT RENT FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAMILYS WELL BEING.
