The owner of these apartments is the Worst!! He is mean, will go through your apartment while you are gone. will kick you out for any reason, will talk crazy to your visitirs and bar them, and the last straw was, this guy stated you people dont know rules and laws, i asked what do you mesn you people.. he said .. You blacks. ive been dealing with you all for 20 + years
